Who can enter?
The Care Sector Supplier Awards are open to any UK business or business division, no matter how large or small the scale of operation, as well as the practices, agencies, marketing services providers and individuals who work for them.
Companies, agencies or individuals may submit entries on behalf of themselves or others and may enter any number of categories. Different projects from the same business can be entered into different categories, but each submission should be tailored to fit the category into which it is being entered. Companies based outside the UK can also enter, provided they have a subsidiary company operating in the UK.
If entries are duplicated by accident or in error, entries will have to be processed before a decision about their duplication can be made. Regrettably, any duplicated entry fee will be forfeited.
Eligibility
Except where indicated, submissions should relate to the period January 1, 2023 – October 31, 2024.
The organisers reserve the right to retain entries for subsequent publication, both on- and offline in ways that enhance the standing of entrants, supporting partners and the Care Sector Supplier Awards themselves. Descriptions of submissions from winners and runners-up will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may mark certain sensitive parts of their entry ‘not for publication’ (such as exact data, etc.), provided such restrictions are not used unreasonably.

The submission should show how your company met its aims, employed innovative techniques, developed new products or services, employed effective marketing, was enjoyed by customers/users, and delivered customer satisfaction and a return on investment. At the beginning of your submission the following information must be listed:
- URL
- Category entered
- Name of brand or service
- Company name
- Entering company (if entered by an agency for a client)
The Judges will need to access your business website. (Please note that the website must remain live or be accessible in an archive for the judges to access until the date of the lunch and ceremony, each year.)
Within your submission document you must use the following as sub-headings under which you clearly enter your information:
- Business aims for company, brand, service, website or campaign
- Strategy (especially if new strategy implemented during the period)
- Creativity/innovation employed – please list suppliers of specific services if not in house
- Feedback summary from users
- Outcome, including customer feedback, testimonials, formal evaluation of results, ROI, financial performance, etc
Failure to include these details may result in your project being marked down by the Judging Panel.
PLEASE NOTE: The judges will also look for any green credentials, or environmental benefits that your company is helping to bring about. You can include full details in your support material if relevant to your entry.
Support material
Entries into the Care Sector Supplier Awards must be submitted online. Your URL to your website is probably all the support you need. If you wish to provide additional support material please provide a URL to a supporting micro site in your submission paper, as well as the primary URL to the company’s website. The judges will want to feel fully informed about your activities, so please include whatever you feel is appropriate and relevant for your entry. If an entry is entered into more than one category, please indicate this clearly, but remember you need to upload only one support URL, irrespective of how many times a submission is entered.
Please refer to the Entry fees page for full information on fees and payment.
Disqualifications
Any website that breaks national or international laws or offends public, religious, national or gender-specific sensitivities will be disqualified. If an entry is disqualified for any reason the entry fees will not be refunded.
